As far to my knowledge i have not seen any hacks for HM except to allow same sex marriages.
If you wish to find out for certain, you can search the GBATEMP forums.

Yes, actually I'm playing Harvest Moon More Friends of Mineral Town. Just get an emulator GAMEBOY ADVANCE. Download it from romhustler.com then download the ROM Harvest Moon.

In order to Download Harvest Moon, you will need two things; first, an Emulator which is a program designed to 'emulate' the gaming system. Secondly, you will need the Harvest Moon ROM. The ROM is the data file used to play that game with the emulator. I myself have never downloaded an emulator for the DS and to be honest I'm not quite sure how that would work. (being you need a touch screen and all) However, if you're having a hard time getting that to work, I would greatly recomend getting the ZSNES emulator and downloading Harvest Moon for the Super Nintendo. It was what got me hooked on the series! I hope this information was helpful to you.

Yes, it is possible to get the cursed tools on an emulator. It's just REALLY REALLY hard to get them. Did I say it was REALLY hard?
You will need to download a PlayStation One emulator and the HM:BTN ROM.

Of course :) Harvest Moon Mineral Of Town (GBA). you can download it.. or maybe install a program, so you can play Harvest Moon on your computer.
Harvest Moon is not a free game. It is also not for the computer. If you want to play a Harvest Moon game you must buy it and play it on the correct console.
If you downloaded a ROM you're going to need the system Emulator to open the file.
You have to use an emulator that's made for the console the game was originally for. For instance, if it was a PS2 game, you need to find an emulator that's designed to run PS2 games in order to run it. If it was for a NintendoDS, you need to download an emulator for NDS games. Gamecube needs Gamecube emulator, etc. etc. The list goes on. Find out what system originally ran the game, then run a search for, say "Playstation emulator' if it was a PS1 game, read some reviews and do a comparison to find out which one is most liked for its ability to run properly. Or, alternatively, you can find an ISO. An ISO file basically pretends to be a CD, so you can run a computer game without a CD existing. To run an ISO and a few other similar files, you need a program called Alcohol. It's very easy to use! I hope this was helpful, and good luck.
yes!
