The forms you need are forms that i have or you can get them on each credit bureau's website. the thing about it you would have to send Verizon the form but they would not send it into the bureaus for you. at least to my knowledge, please email me otherwise or if you have any questions about your credit. I have a credit repair kit that i give out to all my clients and I help them clean up the credit issues
AnswerAnything a credit repair agency can do can be done yourself for free. All you need is a little knowledge that is readily available.Keep in mind that self-help to fixing your credit is your best option. What secret credit repair agencies and attorney knows that most do not? Just because the negative information on your credit report is accurate does not mean it will remain. It is what the Credit Bureaus or Creditors can PROVE to be accurate that will stay under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You see, the burden of proof falls on your creditors and the credit bureaus, not you and it's the LAW!!!Credit repair companies can remove late payments from your credit history. But I wouldn't pay someone 600 + to do it. You can do it yourself or hire someone for a lot less than that. Credit repair companies mainly just send dispute letters to the credit bureaus requesting verification of negative listings. Some companies will post their results for anyone to see.
contact an attorney
Credit bureaus and the original creditors have the power to remove late payments. You can contact the original creditor that posted the late payment and ask for them to remove it. They will probably only do this if you have had a good payment history with them. You can also send dispute letters to each of the credit bureaus asking for verification on your negative listings. You can do this yourself or hire credit repair company to do it for you.

Most credit repair companies offer to dispute incorrect items on your credit report until they are accurate. If these items are negative, this will have a positive impact on your credit score. However, remember that you can actually send dispute letters yourself. Credit repair companies just take out the hassle for a fee.
because they send it that way
Your attorney is suppose to send a letter to the creditors asking if they would like to included on a the bankruptcy payment plan. The creditors have 30 days to respond. If they don't respond, then you don't owe them anything. Most likely they will charge it off as bad credit to the credit agencies.
Yes, you can call or send a letter
No, you only have to send a letter to the credit bureaus that still show a balance. You can dispute the balance and let the bureaus do the work instead of writing a letter.
