Roman Catholic AnswerFor some personnel there is, I believe the age for pastors to retire is either 75, or perhaps 70, although they certainly can keep working past that-just not as pastors. The "retirement" age for a voting cardinal is 85, although they still keep working, they can no longer vote in a papal election. Individuals employed at the parish level, the age limit (if any) would be determined by the local bishop.
