Yes, there are manga that feature delinquent boys and girls as main characters. One popular example is "Delinquent Lesson," which follows the story of a delinquent boy and girl who try to change their ways and find love.
The boy was a juvenile delinquent. The girl was nothing but a delinquent.
In anime, Crona is a boy. In Manga, Crona is a girl
It has not been revealed yet in the show or manga if Kurenai had a boy or a girl.
You can read the manga "Boy Meets Girl" online on various platforms such as Comixology, Crunchyroll, or Manga Plus. You may also find it in physical bookstores or online retailers that sell manga.

Crona is a boy in anime, in manga Crona is a girl. in the English dubbed anime Crona is said to be a boy by most of the girl characters, but in the English sub they talk as if Crona is a girl. his or her gender was never actual confirmed no matter what you hear its just people guessing because someone calls Crona a he or she in the manga or anime.

Konan is a girl in Naruto Shippuden. But in the manga, Konan is played to be a boy, but some scenes suggest that Konan is either gay with Yahiko, or a girl.
I really like this type of manga! Okay, AAA I think is quite good. About a girl who goes to a posh academy school and is the student council president, and her first love is a boy who she sat with during the entrance exam - who turns out to be the leader of the deliquient school next door, but he is actually really clever. It's kinda obivous that she still likes him and he kind of teases her a bit. But I don't know if some people might find this manga a bit childish or something.
