I have a 93 silverado with a 350. I have a K&N intake, airaid throttle body spacer, headers, high flow cats and flowmasters. The air filter smells like gas, and when I go down a mountain road in 3rd gear as soon as i push the clutch in to shift to second when coming to a stop the engine starts to die out, usually doesnt die completely but has stalled once. I was told to get a new mass airflow sensor by someone, but wasnt sure if there was even one on the truck. Just curious as to what else it could be, or if it is a MAF or MAP sensor or something along those lines.....
They did not use a Mass Air Flow Sensor on the 95 models.
wiring diagram for mass airflow sensor
no MAP sensor, just mass air flow sensor
On a 1985 Chevy Celebrity the mass air flow sensor relay is located on the strut tower on the drivers side of the car. It is behind a cover. The fuse for the mass air flow sensor is also there with the relay.
The 94 model does not have a MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR.
It doesn't have a maf sensor.
It is built into the mass air flow sensor.
It doesn't have a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor.
That year did not have a MAF sensor / Mass air flow sensor.
Mass air flow senser was not used on that year.
It doesn't have a MAF sensor.
NO. Not until 1996
