to stop spreading germs you should wash your hands daily and not share food or drinks with anyone. always keep some hand sanitizer with you so you could use that frequently. you should always be careful who ur around. you wouldn't want to be around someone that has a cold or a virus

I f someone is crazy about not having anyone touch, breathe on, or share their food, then their either hungry, or paranoid. Usually you shouldn't let anyone even relatives eat or drink out or off of that you have or the other way around, because you never know what you could catch, and plus it's really gross.
