As of yet, there's is no official game released by Nintendo called Pokemon Topaz
However, several fans have hacked Pokemon ROMS and created their own games
One example is by Bazza, who created a Fan Game known as POKEMON bazza's TOPAZ.
Which is available to download for free from www.freewebs.com/bazzastopaz/
A ROM is a Pokemon game, that's been ripped on the cartidge and is playable on the computer (using an emulator such as "Visual Boy Advance".)
You can also play GBA ROM's on almost any gaming platfrom, if you have purchased supercards (For Nintendo DS, GBA, ect...) Or if you have a wii, psp, ect... you can install certain software.

∙ 10y agoPokémon X and Pokémon Y, which are the 6th Generation of the main-series and will be in fully 3D, will be released worldwide on October 12th, 2013 (excluding some countries).
It is exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
You also have spin-off games for the 3DS like Pokémon Rumble Blast (Super Pokémon Rumblein Europe), Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity and Pokédex 3D Pro. You can also buy a mini-game from the eShop called Pokémon Dream Radar that let you transfer the Pokémon caught to Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
