It should be on the bottom or bottom edge of the radiator.

on my 98 Bravada there is a flap under the car where the oil filter is. I took mine off and on the passenger side of the radiator, theres a green radiator plug. On mine you turn the plug and pull it out a little.

At the bottom of the radiator on the passangers side.
Bottom of radiator. If it has none then remove the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator.
i have a 95, and i had to just remove the bottom radiator hose to drain and flush.
at the bottom of the radiator there is a plug. just twist it out to release the fluid
Check on driver or passenger side of the radiator, on the side next to the motor. Should be a small metal plug.
Plug should be at bottom or rear of radiator or disconnect the lower radiator hose
