exhaust pipe connects to the exhaust manifold, which connects to the main engine.
In a housing at the front of the intake manifold . Just follow your top radiator hose from the rad , it connects to a metal pipe , and the pipe connects to the housing for the thermostat at the front of the intake manifold. (Helpfull)
on the end of the exhaust manifold just where the exhaust pipe connects to it
Under the vehicle, the manifold connects to a "head pipe", and the head pipe connects to a device that just looks like a mufler, but it's not. That's the catalytic converter.
THERE IS NO HOSE, THE WATER PUMP IS FED BY A METAL COOLANT PIPE LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. THE LOWER RADIATOR HOSE CONNECTS TO THE PIPE.
if I am not mistaken, it is the resignator. It's called the down pipe.
just right of the exhaust manifold. little black rubber pipe/elbow connects to it.
Just below throttle body, it fits onto a breather pipe runs from the valve cover routing under the intake manifold. A small pipe connects the pcv to the intake manifold
its right after the exaust manifold.the exhaust manifold is on each side of the motor.it runs from there to uder the car or truck.it connects the manifold and the begining of the pipe that runs to your muffler.
In the exhaust pipe just past where it connects to the exhaust manifold. This will be at the back of the engine.
there are 2. 1 on each exhaust header.they may be easier to see from uderneath. They are both downstream of the exhaut manifold. The driver's side is attached to the exhaust manifold. Passenger's side is attached to the Y pipe almost immediately downstream of the flange that connects the Y pipe to the Manifold.
if you have a 2.2,its mounted in the plastic intake manifold, and has a flex pipe that connects to the back side of the head on the drivers side
