You can see those changes in the "Developer's Tools" provided by either Chrome or Microsoft's Internet Explorer. In FireFox, you can download the "FireBug" plugin, which is the place the other browsers drew their inspiration. Safari and Opera also have a similar set of tools. You can access these tools in most browsers by hitting the F10 key.

Not all browsers allow to do that. The only browser I've seen can block all pop-ups is Opera. It's possible that Mozilla has a plugin to accomplish that, but you will have to look for it.
Please rephrase - the question is unclear.
Opera News is the best known. It is available at the Jersey City Public Library and has a (generally) good balance of current opera events(as News implies) and historical articles on costumes, famous singers of the past, and so on. It is a commercial magazine so one has to wade through ads for banks and finance companies and similar sponsors a la Tv. Originally the magazine was much smaller, about 5X7 and did not have advertising other than opera=themed ( Classical record stores, for example, stereo equipment) It"s the only American opera Magazine I am aware of, and as stated is available in regular library reference rooms.
Yes, definitely. They have everything from a full buffet to small cafe style shops. Food service is available before an opera and during intermission. Happy listening (and eating)...
There is currently no Beta version, however, pre-alpha versions of Opera 10.50 are available at the Desktop Team's Blog.
Firefox, Opera, and Google Chrome are all web browsers. All three are also available on mobile devices.

Opera DVDs are available online from opera websites like Opera Passion and Met Opera Shop and general merchandise websites like Amazon and eBay. Music and video retail stores may also carry them, especially independent stores with more eclectic inventories.
You can download it by going to Opera's official website (easily available through Google search) through your phone's current browser.
