It is called rubbing compound for fiberglass. It is not really a polish it rubs off residue that adheres to the fiberglass

If you can get some Zippo lighter fluid it works well on sticky tape residue. Fingernail polish remover works too but with more elbow grease. (scrubbing)
Get some plastic polish from the local Plastics store ( there is one in almost every city. - Acetone is known solvent for fibreglass, - don't let it near any fiberglass finish, it may be polished out,but it's not easy.
