Universal Studio Blockout dates are the days you cannot enter the theme park with the annual ticket pass you purchased based the the restrictions that apply to your specific pass.
There are a few different ticket costs for the Universal Studios attraction in Hollywood. You can purchase a VIP Experience ticket for $299.00, Buy a Day, Get a Free Year ticket for $84.00, and a Front of the Line Pass for $169.00.
Go to Costco they have passes there for $217 and it's 3 days at Disneyland 1 day at seaworld, 1 day at the san Diego Zoo and one day at universal studios
If you are a Southern California resident, the ticket prices now are $54 (The price of a child's admission) and it is $74 for an annual no blackout date pass. If you are outside of So. Cal, general admission is $64 for adults and $54 for children ages 3 and up.
I went to universal studios, and i used to have a pass. I would recommend, if you are going to the one in california, to wear pants, and a regular shirt. Also, bring a jacket, and wear walking shoes
You go to the annual pass center, you will have to pay $10 at least to get a new one. You also have to bring some sort of id :). By the way i just lost mine today, oops.
The Borgo Pass sequence was filmed at Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park in Agua Dulce, California. The Inn sequence was filmed on the backlot of Universal Studios. All interior scenes were filmed at Universal Studios. England location scenes were shot at Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent and Whitby, North Yorkshire, England.
I don't know exactly what you mean by "pay one day come back free for the rest of the year", unless you mean an annual pass, which generally are valid for a year from when you buy them rather than for the rest of the (calendar) year.An annual pass for Disneyland ranges from around $300 to over $1000, depending on how many 'blackout days' you're willing to tolerate (also, you have to live in Southern California to get the cheapest level of pass).Universal Hollywood is cheaper, at a little under $300 to about $600 for an annual pass. However, there's significantly less to do at Universal. Universal also has a pass that's closer to the "for the rest of the year" concept, but I believe the price for that varies depending on when in the year you buy it.
When a place gives the option to buy a express pass it usually means it is all in together. This mean you will not have to pay to get in if you have the express pass.
If you are a 12-Month Value Pass or Buy a Day, Get 2013 Free member and you would like to re-visit Universal Studios on a Black-Out date, there are two ways you can do this. First you can purchase a 1-day park upgrade for $30 or upgrade to a No Black-Out or Premium Annual Pass.
They don't have FastPass service, but they have a thing called Express Pass for a fee. It is pretty expensive, but it works for most attractions and stage shows.
