Behind the headlight on the drivers side
The radiator fan relay is located behind the head light on the drivers side.
Under the hood, inside the fuse box.
You might want to check with the dealer regarding a recall. I am uncertain of the time limit. Now for your question. The relay in on the bottom of the core support. It is on the drivers side.That means it is down low and right behind the bumper.

The cooling fan relay on the 2004 Chrysler Sebring is in the engine compartment fuse box. There are actually two cooling fan relays in this fuse box. One is a high speed radiator fan relay and the other is a low speed radiator fan relay.
Usually a bad fan motor relay not telling it to shut off
replace engine coolant sensor, cooling fan relay and relay wiring. Parts are about $100.- total. Easy to replace, or have your mechanic put the parts in, maybe $50.- labor.

The radiator fan relay on a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country is mounted to the body structure below the air filter box.
If it is in the same place as a 2002 it is located in front of the radiator and rivited to the top of the steel bumper behind the bumper cover on the drivers side.
The relay is in the power distribution box under the hood on the driver side by the battery. Johnny Texas.
