no. it has to be repaired with individual parts
Lawnmower. It's a Briggs & Stratton engine.
that is not a good model number for briggs. also you need the type.
You can get that info on the Briggs and Stratton website. Just go to: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/briggs-and-stratton-parts-c-16758.html?gclid=CPCZj4vGr58CFZdM5Qodp3bDsA and enter your engine model number.
If you know your part number of even model number, you can go to eReplacementParts.com for the Briggs and Stratton parts your looking for. The site features part lists for each engine or motor and includes thousands of detailed diagrams to help you replace the flywheel once you get it. All in all, they are a very good site for finding tool parts in general but for Briggs and Stratton parts, eReplacementParts is the place to go.
If the first two digits of the engine's model number are the same, the answer is yes.
On the engine shroud above the spark plug
Briggs & Stratton
696854 is the Briggs Filter on my 24 horse now that is probably a Sears part number.
What engine is on this snow thrower I know it is a Briggs&Stratton engine but I need to know the model number.
Briggs and Stratton part#697153 is for the air filter panel assembly (not oil). Fram does not have cross list replacement for this part number or application.
Go to http://outdoorpowerinfo.com/engine_specs/briggs_valve_gaps.asp for a listing of Briggs valve clearances. You'll need your model number which will be on the engine shroud or rocker cover.
If you have a different brand spark plug, Champion will have a cross reference. You just need the number from the plug. If you do not have that, you will need the model number from the engine. Briggs and Stratton built a LOT of engines with customizations that may use several different spark plugs. 342 cc is simply not enough information.
