A cup is made to support and protect a man's testicles and penis. The cup needs to fit tight against his body to work properly. Therefore, a tight-fitting cup-jockstrap (with the cup inside of it) should always be worn when wearing a cup. In addition, tight-fitting support underwear or compression shorts can also be worn over the cup-jockstrap to more firmly hold the cup in place. The cup will protect and support the penis and the testicles and will enhance a man's appearance.
