There is no canonized saint named Marissa. The name probably derived from the name Maria or Marie. There are many, many saints with those names.

Marissa is a form of the name Maris which is one of the titles of the Virgin Mary: Stella Maris. It is a variant of Maria, the name of the Blessed Virgin.
