Well the best site I know on how to teach you that is Manga University, because it's really good and safe. It teaches you how to draw guidelines and how to draw the nose and mouth. It even teaches you how to draw really good eyes. Just type it in on Google and the one that says Manga University is the one. If you want something simpler then I recommend looking for a tutorial on Dragoart. Dragoart is really good if you're looking to draw specific characters, or specific parts.
