It depens. 1995 was a strange year for a lot of reasons. "Run Flat" tires were just coming into use, and the Corvette had the "RPO N84" option, saving the new car buyer $100 in return for deleting the spare tire. (This was found at: http://www.coolc4.com/1995-Corvettes.htm and other Corvette sites) Check your car's line setting sheet that gives all the codes of how it was manufactured. As for a complete listing of codes, and how to get a build sheet for your car, see:http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-general-discussion/956104-c4-rpo-faq.html Enjoy your car!
you just need the right tools and the spare tire.
Where is the spare tire located on a 1987 Corvette? Under the back of the car below the CORVETTE, use the lug wrench to lower it the jack is on top of the tire.
On the C5 Corvette, there is no spare tire. The closest you can get to a spare tire is on the C5 Z06 models. They had an option that included a 12-volt air pump and a can of Fix-A-Flat.

no, it does not...it comes from the factory with Goodyear Run Flats....
A spare tire may or may not be on the car depending on the options selected when the car was originally purchased. If RPO (regular production option) N84 (spare tire delete) is specified on the options sticker underneath the passenger side storage compartment, then the car did not have a spare tire from the factory. Of course, the easiest way to find out if there's one on the car right now is to look under the rear of the car between the mufflers.
Underneath the rear of the car, below the fuel tank.
Believe it or not on top of the spare tire (according to the sticker in the storage compartment)
It is not illegal. Some cars do not have spare tires nor a place to store a spare. Example would be a new Corvette.
