There are several, but there is a catch. The spells that work tend to work in a round about way.

What usually happens is you start by stating your need. Then you research, write, gather your ingredients, wait for the right time and cast your spell. That's the easy part.

Then you have to act in accordance, meaning you go to your place of employment, do your work happily, watch the news papers, take any and all legitimate opportunities to make extra money that come your way, you watch the sales, shop around for the best possible loans and then go out and buy your car.

You will have to continue to work and make payments, but with luck you will be able to pay down your loan a bit early and you will eventually own your brand new car.

What? You expected me to give you a magic spell that would have the car of your dreams fall out of the heavens into your driveway, pink slip attached and marked "Paid in full". Sorry, mundane things come by mundane means, the spell might put you in line for a great paying part time job and even find you great prices and loan rates, but nothing comes for free.
