Yes. There is a spirit world. Not everybody may enter. For some reason males have a better chance to enter the spirit world then females.

There is a spirit world, and it is true that not everyone can enter it. To be able to enter it you have to know how to astral project or have some form of psychic thing about you. It's hard to do, and a lot of people can't do it, awake or asleep. While you're asleep is the best time to do it. It might be true that males can do it more than females can, because they aren't really bound by so many emotions.
