Yes there is. Volga is unique small town of about 1400 people in the state of South Dakota. They got the name volga from the volga river in Russia hoping that they could attract Russian imagrants to settle there but they mostly got norwegians. The towns school, "Sioux valley", also has a unique trate. The schools maskedscot is a cossack. A cossack is a Russian warrior that was skilled with rideing horse. So that's a just a brief thing of the orgian of volga. It is a nice small town that is safe to live in and has a bunch of friendly people including me.
