To drain the radiator of a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker, you have to open the petcock on the radiator completely and drain the coolant into a container.
open the radiator cap, find the plug at the bottom right of the radiator and open it to drain old coolant
The coolant drain for a 1993 F150m is on the bottom edge of the radiator. It is on the passenger side, facing the engine.
Its prob the radiator fan. Or you are out of coolant.
What part of the engine? The ONLY way that I can think is that it got into the coolant system through a crack in the radiator. Otherwise, someone put it in the engine.
There's a drain plug on the bottom passenger side of the radiator. Unscrew it and the coolant will drain.

there is a drain plug under the bottom of the radiator. just unloosening it und there you have it.
You could have a bad water pump causing no coolant flow, inoperable radiator fans, a coolant leak,............
