Not really...makeup removers really aren't intended to remove oil from your skin. There are some makeup removers that ARE oil! A very good cleaning regimen is to use an eye makeup remover--Neutrogena's is really good--then follow that with a cleanser like Clean & Clear.
It isn't a good idea to use baby oil! It clogs up your pores so the bacteria will get into your skin and you will get more spots or oily skin! i have heard that Olive oil - extra virgin is a good alternative as it gets rid of the eye makeup but doesn't clog up your pores! Or just use eye makeup remover cream, they all work really well!
Try Makeup remover cream or wipes. I personally use baby wipes to remove my makeup because they're cheaper than makeup remover wipes, and if you press them onto your eye it won't hurt and it's also better for your skin!
Dont use eyemakep, better way is ti use a kajal pencil. For parties, use cream based eye shadows.

What I do everyday after I wear makeup is that I just wash my face with soap and water or my face wash. For me, it gets most of the makeup of. If there is still some left that you don't want on, then either take a q-tip with soap on it and wipe your left over makeup or use makeup remover.
