It isn't a good idea to use baby oil! It clogs up your pores so the bacteria will get into your skin and you will get more spots or oily skin! i have heard that Olive oil - extra virgin is a good alternative as it gets rid of the eye makeup but doesn't clog up your pores! Or just use eye makeup remover cream, they all work really well!
Not really...makeup removers really aren't intended to remove oil from your skin. There are some makeup removers that ARE oil! A very good cleaning regimen is to use an eye makeup remover--Neutrogena's is really good--then follow that with a cleanser like Clean & Clear.
Nope, But if you get it in your eye it will hurt- wash it out immediatly and tell your eye doctor!

A baby wipe works fine.
A little water or liquid eye makeup remover. Remember though not to keep mascara for more than 6 months to keep from getting eye infections.
Use a good makeup remover like Mary Kay.
