First you have to get some make up wipes or just some baby wipes. Then rub along the top of your eye and do the same on the bottom. Then remove any smudged mascara off the face in the same teqhnique just rub along where the mascara has smudged. Hope I could help!

I use soap, water and Vaseline, just don't use the Vaseline on your eyes. Or you could use make - up REMOVER, ( the solution ) or make-up wipes, that you can purchase at any store. I hope I helped! (: Don't use baby oil or Vaseline on your eyes because the eye area is so delicate. The area won't absorb the oil it will only sit on the eye possibly causing bumps underneath the eye to form.
