Open hood, look to make sure you have water in the water container, If not add water. if you have water in the container, Then get back in car and start washer motor with switch, listen for motor noise, if no washer motor noise then you have no power to the motor, check fuse. if your washer motor starts then inspect the water lines to the window spray nozzles, starting at water container to fire wall. if all is good then they should work. the only other thing I can think of is the filter on the end of the pick up line in the water container is clogged with dirt. Someone may have put a shutoff at the floor behind the refrigerator, but I doubt it.
