Yes. You are able to sign up to be frozen if you become ill and die and you will be unfrozen 50-100 years later when they find the cure for the disease that killed you. Also you can get a cheaper way of being frozen by just signing up to have your head chopped off and they can grow you a new body when the technology becomes available.

∙ 10y agoThere is no one alive today who was resurrected from death nor is there anyone alive today who was a witness to anyone being resurrected from death. There is absolutely no formula that can be followed. People have been pursuing immortality for thousands of years and have yet to achieve it. Most religions have resurrection stories but one must remember that religious faith is belief in the absence of any proof.
It is not possible to resurrect someone who is dead.

∙ 12y agoOk, well if you're talking about real-life, not Video Games, 1st you have to classify what makes up 'dead'. Is this when the heart stops beating (this sort of dead has been brought back often, think defibrillators), when the person no longer has reflexive natural response and is declared brain-dead ( in some cases comas, and people have come back) or when the neurons in the brain stop firing (IMO the real 'dead' and from which no-one has come back) of course also if you are religious, that changes most of your preconceptions and definitions.
