Nope, it sucks, you die or you and that Lyons girl die, your best way to complete the side-missions is to go out and find them before you go in the room and level up the the max (lv50) that's the only way!!!
The game wasteland 2 is currently being developed; and is very similar to Fallout because Fallout was largely based on the first wasteland game; it (Fallout) was seen as being wasteland's spiritual successor.
Fallout is a very popular role playing game. There has been several versions released. In my opinion the best to play are Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, the latest version, Fallout 4 is also getting great reviews.
No. The vaults are simply a big plot device in the Fallout series. The vaults are used to show the McCarthyism and fear of nuclear war that was occurring in America before the events of the game, and as a starting point in Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout 3 to show an unfamiliarity and danger of the Wasteland. But there will be a vault 101 in reality very soon
Vault 34 Armory, in a Very Hard locked footlocker on the right side of the weapons storage room.
It has been confirmed by Obsidian that Fallout: New Vegas will not have a co-op mode.

Spoilers Yes there is. After beating the game once, an item appears in the game. Around the time of going into the park and meeting Maria for the first time, there is a dog house in a kennel like area. In the dog house is the dog key. At the very end of the game, you can enter the "Observation Room" using it, which is just down the hall from where you start the Dark Side of the Hotel. In the observation room is a Dog with headphones, and a funny ending.
No, it was ,meant as a trilogy.Actually there will be. Bethesda Softworks purchased the rights to the Fallout canonical series after the release of fallout 1&2 and the cancelation of van buren. So, they have only made one game so far in the series and have confirmed that they plan to make more than one. Afterall, you don't pay millions of dollars to buy the rights to a SERIES and then just make one ;)CORRECTION -They are coming out with Fallout : New Vegas, which can be considered as being Fallout 4. I love people who answer questions that they aren't fully informed about.Actually, Fallout: New Vegas will NOT be the same as Fallout 4. Both are separate games being planned by Bethesda.Correction: Fall out: New Vegas is not going to be made by bethesda, it will be made by Obsidian, the creators of the original fallouts 1 and 2 and have relations to the two games but none to fallout 3. While it will contain the same engine as fallout 3, meaning it will be first person/third person rpg, it is a completely new game with a new storyline. The storyline is somewhat unknown but rumors are, and very likely, you are set as a courier traveling across the wastes sending a message when you are misteriously killed and saved by a robot who takes you to the town of goodsprings. To learn more go to fallout wikia/ falllout the vault. When are they coming out with a whole new fallout 4 made by Bethesda? There is a new Fallout game being developed by Obsidian Entertainment and being published by Bethesda Softworks (who developed Fallout 3) called Fallout: New Vegas. Not much has been said other than it is currently slated for a 2010 release and will be the same style of game as Fallout 3, as opposed to the Fallout 1 and 2 gameplay.Since the title is not Fallout 4, one could venture a guess and say Bethesda may be holding onto that name for another game.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fallout_New_Vegas
Depends which game. The franchise it's self is awesome, very good history and gaming experience. The game takes place on post nuclear apocalyptic America, it also has a retro-futurism feel due to the culture being alot like 50's America. Fallout 3 has to be the best game by far. Excellent story and beautiful graphics. It really captures the feel of a post apocalyptic America. Fallout New Vegas is fun but when I play it feela like it's not a post apocalyptic game(Vegas barely got hit by nukes and hardly any radiated water.)
