It depends on exactly what you're asking. Assuming you mean the fired cases and assuming you mean can they be reused or reloaded, some can, some can't.
If they are made of brass, they can be reloaded until the brass gets too thin. If they are made of most other materials (aluminum, steel, etc) they usually cannot be.
