yes there is.
The best way to reset the sound card driver is to go to Device Manager (My PC -> left-click -> Manage), and disabling the main sound card driver and re-enabling it. This way you don't need to restart the computer, what could be a pain if some legacy game just crashed and froze your sound in an endless loop.
PC means 'personal computer'. PC is your computer.
In most OOP languages, you use the "new" keyword to indicate that you wish to create an object of a given class. Often, that construct will look as follows: PlayerCharacter pc = new PlayerCharacter("Jane Doe"); The first PlayerCharacter is the "data type" for the variable "pc". Equals ("=") assigns the right-hand value to the left-hand value (pc). The new keyword indicates that you wish to allocate memory for an object and call a constructor. The second PlayerCharacter calls the constructor for the PlayerCharacter class, which expects a single string for the player character's name (presumably).

On a tablet or mobile device, there's a button on the bottom left and an option that says "Reset Progress". On a PC, it is hidden (unintentionally I am sure) in the decorative, but functional, "doodles" that are slightly darker. Look for the common "settings" symbol (looks like a gear) underneath the "?" (Hint: line in the top left corner) A new window will pop up with the option to "Reset Progress".
Buy a new motherboard and replace the old by the PC engineer that fixed the same PC unit.
