Is there a way to unblock my Hotmail account that has been successful?

Windows 7:
Click on START.
Click on Control Panel.
Click on FOLDER OPTIONS.
Click on View.
Click on :show hidden folders and drives.
Go back to START menu.
Click on Computer.
Click on C. drive.
Click on USERS.
Click on (your name).
Click on appData.
Delete these files and send to recycle bin (one at a time). Among these files are the ones which are blocking your hotmail account. .. Look for the ones that were created on the same date. (There are usually three) . If you delete these three files, your hotmail will be fixed.
These actions apply to Windows 7, but can be found in other os systems as well.
