Of course it is a scam! There are several ways to tell if a Pokemon game is a scam: There would be loads of adverts on TV saying stuff like 'Pokemon (insert game name here), out on (insert release date here). Don't miss it available at (insert shop name).' Read the Pokemon World magazine (sorry it's UK only but they do have a website for you Americans and us British) and they will notify you of upcoming games. Look at the 'picture'. Is there any resemblance to a screen of another game that is already released? Have they edited it? Hope this helped, Rosie and Melanie Brown
I can't tell with a picture but, I can tell you that the black rhino and polar bears are. That's all I know right now.

Being photogenic means you take a nice picture, regardless of whether you are that attractive or not. I suppose you would just tell someone they look nice in that picture, or tell them that's a nice picture of them
