As of 2010, there is only one semi-functional Wii emulator, known as Dolphin. You can download Dolphin at the related link below.
the latest one is dolphin and you can download it at www.emulator-zone.com
No because the Dolphin Emulator is for Gamecube and Wii games. With a hacked Wii/Gamecube you can load up a homebrew emulator which is the VBAGX which is essentially no different than the Visual Boy Advance emulator for PC/Mac. If you want to load GBA roms download the Visual Boy Advance emulator.
Dolphins should not be "used" for anything. He ment the dolphin emulator, first you goto download a wii rom, called an ISO, then NAND dump your wii to dolphin files (user, dolphin, wii) then configure your settings to your computer. Then play
emulator is an application that allows you to run other programs or games on other platform for example you can run snes game on PC or you can run commodore 64 programs on xbox 360 so wii emulator is allows you to play wii games on another platform there's only one wii emulator, it is dolphin, an it's on PC
I've put a link to the encyclopedia of emulation where you can download Dolphin, which is starting to display some Wii emulation.
Dolphin - emulator - was created in 2003.
Not possible, while you can get a Emulator like Dolphin. if you don't know, an emulator tricks your computer into thinking its a wii. of course, this wont harm your computer in any way, close the program and the computer will be like it was. but, an emulator needs ROM's which can be hard to get.
