You do not need a seed. When you are creating the world, go into the world options and click the "Superflat World" button, then create the world. The world should be completely flat.

There is no seed for "flatland." If you mean a flat world, you can switch to the flat world setting in the world creation settings. If you know there is a "flatland" seed you should specify what you mean.
There is no precise seed however the seed "outcrop"(discovered by me ) is especially flat which makes it excellent to build on.
