Unfortunately, no. You will need to remove the fuel tank to replace it. You can probably however "make" an access door. Simple locate on the trunk floor exactly where the pump would be under the trunk pan and carefully after insuring there are no fuel leaks and there is adequate clearance between the trunk pan and tank cut it out with a cutoff wheel or sawzall. You would then replace the pump by removing the lock ring on the tank, plugs and hoses and lifting it out. Then make yourself a door out of medium gauge steel and rivet or sheetmetal screw it back in place. I have done this on a couple camaros. This is why I say probably because they are both F body cars and should be the same.
Search thridgen.org for info and even a template w/specs on making an access door.
Generally never; the tank must be dropped.
you probably can if you want to.
How easy is it to replace head gasket on 1994 firebird lt1 motor
No.
I doubt it very much, most tanks have to come down in GM vehicles.
If there is an access panel, yes. You will find that there is no access panel and that you must remove the tank.
Both signal and emergency flashers are located behind the lower dash panel, below the radio, above the transmission hump in floor. The lower panel must be removed to gain access to them.
In the trunk, below the trunk floor. The trunk floor is a panel that lifts out to access the battery.
No. There is not an access panel. See article with pictures here: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t1768960-fuel_pump_removal
You can find the 1994 Pontiac Firebird window relay switch inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the window relay switch.
what about it?
There should be an access panel under the back seat. Remove the panel, then the tank panel to remove the unit for replacement. Make sure that the battery is disconnected first.
