Pronexin really only works for people with mild acne- if you only have say 3-15/20 (maybe work if you have more if its spread out) zits it should work for you. proactive is a really great product for acne, however if you need a fix really quickly, mint flavored toothpaste over the acne (usually worn as a mask for 15- 30 minutes) can reduce the size of bumps.
