Probably, yes. Vidhan Parishad (Upper House - Legislative Council) in each state together with the Vidhan Sabha (Lower House - Legislative Assembly). At present only 6 of India's 28 states ( U.P., Bihar, J&K, Maharastra, Karnataka and A.P.) have Vidhan Parishad, an equivalent to the Rajya Sabha at the parliament.
