There is a company in Japan that claims it has a water fueled car ready for market and in the mid to late 1990's a man named Stan Meyer's claimed to have developed a water fueled car in Columbus, Ohio. No country has approved production of these cars and there are many reports saying that these claims are false and that there is no data or research supporting the claims.
