At this exact moment, there is no Halo 3 compatible with any systems other then the Xbox 360.
So, unfortunately no there is no way to play halo 3 on the psp.
That would be pretty cool though.
although there are many videos on YouTube of hackers who made halo work on their PSP but all they did was connect their PSP to their Xbox and use the PSP as a screen and controller
