Yes, the oil filter is inside the oil tank, accessible from the top (large chrome cap). You simply unscrew it and replace the element.
A 1975 Camaro 350 uses a screw on oil filter. Any good quality filter will be an acceptable replacement.
the dot on the flywheel is the top dead center. The line is 35 degree's advanced. when you time it you should be seeing the line as the detonation on the front cylinder is at the 35 degree mark
It is in the inlet to the carburator. The fuel line takes a 5/8 inch wrench and the inlet is 1 inch. Do not loose the spring and be sure to install the filter with the hole facing outward.

If it has a carburetor then its on your engine block. they are not expensive just go down to your local auto parts store and pick one up plenty are available.
