fallout3 IGN goty
the game its self is just normal video game, that you buy in a plastic case like all the other video games out there. once you buy fallout 3 and play it, their is allot of dlc (down-loadable content) that you can get for it. [im not sure if this is what you where asking for though.]
Broken Steel Mothership Zeta Point lookout The Pitt Operation Anchorage
you can get another dog if you have completed the broken steel add on, and have chosen the perk "puppies!" which gives you one of dog meat's "puppies." even if this dog died it will be replaced with another "puppy."
yes
Got milk
Broken steel is already in the regular fallout3 except for Mothership Zeta, The Pitt, Point lookout, and Operation Anchorage.
When you complete the game you can't play on. Instead, you can load a save file from before the ending.

Personally, i have the 1st Assassin's Creed and what you do is that there are side missions like retrieving flags or you can assassinate guards in the city's that you do your missions in. Some missions are pickpocketing people to get info on something. In another mission you have to kill the leader of this city.
