There are not ANY AR codes to get 5th gen Pokemon in Heart golds/Soul Silver. ARs only unlock stuff that is already programmed into the games. 5th gen Pokemon are not programmed into those games, only 4th gen. Only way to get 5th gen Pokemon in earlier games is to hack, but I stronly advise you, and anybody really, not to do that because it can destroy your game. Just get Pokemon B/W and you get the 5th gen Pokemon.

No there isn't. As far as I know Zoroark/Zorua are Unova reigon or 5th Generation Pokemon. Their data doesn't exist in the game.
