yes if nonsense answers are posted or vandals post trash answers supervisor block them and clean up the answer as do the other members of the site almost all of the WikiAnswers community is answering these questions truthfully and getting rid of the bad answers.

Only some of the answers on this site are incorrect, but the other portion of the answers are correct. All of the questions I have answered ae correct. I know thast for a fact because I do research on the questions before I answer them. -Eugenie de Silva

This site has rules - just like any other. Answers posted should not offend, insult or otherwise berate someone. Additionally, answers should be truthful and not libellous. It doesn't matter what country you're in - everyone who uses this site is expected to follow a few rules.
