Marrying one's cousin is acceptable in some societies, and was once acceptable within the US many, many years ago. Assuming the cousins are fairly distantly related, any children produced from the marriage have every chance of being completely healthy. However, if the cousins are first cousins, there may be a chance of birth defects.

Can you marry a girl in your relation?

No, not without consequences. If you are close blood relations, and of child bearing age, it is likely your children will not be as healthy and normal as other children. If you are in love with a second or third cousin, the odds might not be as great that you would have handicapped children. If you are past child bearing age and fall in love with a first cousin, let's say, then you can marry without causing any problems, except that many will think what you've done is improper or even incestuous.

Can you marry a first cousin and what do you call her half-brother's kids?

Marriage between first cousins is common in groups that are isolated by geography, cast relations, or culture. Some legal jurisdictions forbid it but others permit it. Your first cousin's half-brother may be your first cousin or may be unrelated to you, depending on whether you share any ancestry. If he is your first cousin, his children are your first cousins, once removed. If he is not related to you, then his children are also not related to you.
