Circumcision removes half of the normal skin of the penis. It contains thousands of specialized nerve endings, just like the ones in the lips. Since America has a high incidence of impotence and of circumcision, we don't have to prove anything. Possibly. Uncircumcised penises have foreskin that moves up and down over the glans during stimulation. Circumcised penises have no such skin. To make up for this lack of skin and to protect the glans from painful friction, circumcised men may produce more precum (pre-ejaculatory fluid) to provide lubrication. This is only a theory advanced in a few medical journals, but no scientific study has been formed on this question.
