You have two options available yo you. The first is tubal ligation reversal and the second is IVF or in vitro fertilization. Many times couples will opt for the the IVF due due the fact that many in the medical field are not that aware of tubal reversal surgery. IVF can be very expensive and may not work with the first attempt. Many times couples are just unaware of the pregnancy success rate with tubal reversal.
