This is an unusual question, so I'll try and find some verses to answer as best as possible.

. Below are verses relating to trees - some evergreen some deciduous.

Spiritual reference or meanings of trees in The Bible are symbolic of:-

1. Individuals - "I am the Vine, YOU are the branches" John 15:5

2. Symbol of nations - See Ezekiel below.

3. The Church - are the branches , meaning the believers. John 15:5

4. Jesus Christ. "I am the Vine" John 15:5

Some scriptures that may relate to your query.

Isaiah 55:12 ".....for you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace.......and all the trees of the field shall clap with joy"

This verse symbolically depicts creation's joy when all creation will be delivered from the curse. The results of the curse are shown in v.13 which says

"..instead of the thorn...and the brier..." This verse refers to a future restored earth after Jesus returns. The verse doesn't say "evergreen" so we may have to be imaginative in saying that some of the trees would have been evergreen.

Psalm 104:16 ...."the trees of the Lord are full of sap, the cedars of Lebanon which He planted". Psalm 105:33.....He struck their vines also, and their fig trees and splintered the trees of the territory - (When God struck down Egypt for oppressing the Israelites).

1. Cedars are a flat topped tree with spreading horizontal branches, have pine needles and are evergreen. I checked on the Web to be certain.

2. Fig trees are deciduous.

Ecclesiastes 2: 5-6 ...."I made myself gardens and orchards and I planted all kinds of fruit trees.." Sounds most likely there were some evergreen trees.

Isaiah 7:2....."as the trees of the wood are moved..." - again, a possibility of evergreen trees.

Ezekiel 17:23 - 24 .....Thus says the Lord God, I will take also one of the highest branches of the high cedar and set it out. I will crop off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one and will plant it on a high and prominent mountain. On the mountain height of Israel I will plant it and it will bring forth boughs and bear fruit and be a majestic cedar. Under it will dwell birds of every sort, in the shadow of its branches they will dwell V. 24 - and all the trees of the field shall know that I, the Lord, have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree, dried up the green tree and made the dry tree flourish.

In Verse 24 the trees relate to foreign NATIONS.

Daniel had a vision and in ch.4:10 he states..."I was looking and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth and its height was great. The tree grew and became strong ......its leaveswere lovely... the animals found shade under it...the birds dwelt in its branches...."

Not sure what Daniel saw - but sure sounds evergreen as the animals/birds made their shelter in and around it.

Hosea 14: 8 ....I am like a green cypress tree, your fruit is found in me.

Zacchaeus climbed a Sycamore tree in Luke 19v.4 because he was a short man and wanted to see Jesus over the crowds.

Evergreen trees are in Israel, just not identified as such in the Bible.
