Is there any toner you can buy to soften the glare of white bleached hair?

There are many toners that will tone bleached hair, but many require a Cosmetologist License in order to purchase them. The one I recommend however, that does not require a License, is Wella Color Charm toner available at Sally Beauty Supply.The Sales Reps are fairly knowledgeable and should be able to help you select the right toner & developer for your situation.

I bleached my hair 2 weeks ago and now it’s white, I am wanting a cool blonde color, what toner should I use to tone down my bleached white hair??if I use wella T18 will it cool the white blonde down? I bleached my hair 2 weeks ago I did at least 6 conditioning treatments already, I am ready to tone this white blonde down to a cool blonde? is it beat to use a toner on dirty hair? Peroxide will turn your hair completely white, without the yellow-ish tint.

You did somethig wrong , two things you needed to do,#1 wash your hair and wait 24hrs berfore bleaching, #2 wash your hair after you bleach at least twice to get the all the bleach out.your hair should be pale yellow and then apply the toner. you must leave the toner on more than 30min. to get the maximum effect , I leave it on more than 45min. its the toner that makes your hair white ,not the bleach. follow the directions on the box and you cant go wrong .
