Yes there is a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. What you need to do for this form of degeneration is simply get alot of protein in your diet on a daily basis, and workout on a daily basis. Always start very small with your workouts and then when your body is strong enough gradually increase the intensity in order to build more muscle. Rest and multi vitamins of all sorts are also needed. A great source of protein would be in eggs and whey protein and casein protein. I am speaking with my personal experience with muscular dystrophy. This diet is for all forms of MD.

Muscular dystrophy can appear in infancy up to middle age or later, and its form and severity are determined in part by the age at which it occurs. Some types of muscular dystrophy affect only males; some people with MD enjoy a normal life span with mild symptoms that progress very slowly; others experience swift and severe muscle weakness and wasting, dying in their late teens to early 20s.
