SPAM, it's against Jagex rules to give accounts to anyone, even if they have been hacked.

You have 2 options, try to recover your account or just quit playing runescape all together.

If you did get hacked, try to think how you got hacked before doing something about it.
I'll list a few causes to help you.
- Did a friend know your password?
If a friend knew your password they may not have been as trustworthy as you think, and there's a chance they will know your date of birth, if that's so, your screwed big time.
- Did you have any recovery questions set?
If you did, try and use these to redeem you account back, and once you do change your password and your recovery questions.
- Have you downloaded a bot?
There's bots for runescape ( cheating devices ) they are bad for 2 reasons, 1st: they can easily get you banned if they get picked up. 2nd: most of them contain viruses and keyloggers, and a keylogger you don't want. they will steal any code that you type, even if you just so happen to be on a safe site.

Trading and buying accounts is against RuneScape rules and will likely get you banned. You probably should of had recovery questions, or if you do, use them.
